Booking:
There is a $30 per room, per night fee, payable in advance. This will be forfeited in case of cancellation or otherwise deducted from your final bill.
Holiday bookings are payable in advance and non-refundable.

Cancellations:
If your plans change, we ask that you notify us at least 2 full weeks in advance. Guests cancelling with less notice will be liable for the full amount of the reservation if we are unable to re-book the room.

Private Dinners:
Candlelit dinners may be arranged when booking.

Free Wi-Fi Wireless Internet Access.

Pets:
Your dogs are welcome to enjoy walks with you through our grounds and woods but must be boarded elsewhere. There is a very good kennel nearby.

Smoking:
With apologies, it is not possible to allow you to smoke in the house.

Outdoor Cooking:
There are grills and picnic tables in the garden.

Kitchen:
Guests may use the kitchen in the evening.
